The ground floor existing natural timber floor boarding was prepared, floorboards replaced with reclaimed floorboards replacements where required. The floor was thoroughly sanded to a fine prepared finish, resin applied and treated and finished with an Osmo oil treatment application to complete a stunning finish. Elite carpet fossil quality carpets have been fitted to the first floor and stairs. To compliment the style of the first floor decoration and ground floor hallway natural timber finish. 

The existing joists to the loft area were strengthened and fitted with new flooring allowing for upgrading of new insulation with adequate ventilation  

Externally the windows and rear doors were replaced with uPVC double glazing units throughout the property. We also made general upgrades to the external walls, including new rendering with external decoration to finish. The garden and out buildings were cleared and maintained as necessary to the clients requirements.

The Kitchen was completely renovated and damped proofed with a new Howden kitchen installed as described above.

Once again this client was completely satisfied and happy with the finished Renovation and Refurbishment to their property.
