Renovation & Refurbishment - This property, involved a complete Internal and External Renovation and Refurbishment upgrade project. From its original 70s, 80s style into the 21st century.

A feature to the alterations consisted of the Ground floor reception W.C, being converted to a W.C shower room incorporating a small section of the kitchen, without infringing too much on the existing space. This innovation also gave the property an additional shower washroom.
The extended kitchen flat roof was upgraded from a cold vented roof to a state of the art warm roof system featuring 2, 800 x 800 flat roof Velux windows and a EPDM Ruberoid finis roof system new fascia’s, gutters and soffits.
General internal renovations consisted of all walls and ceilings of the property to be completely re- plastered and decorated throughout. And upgrades consisted of a complete central heating system with featured rads to the extended kitchen room. A complete new internal and external electrical installation to the house and garage has been carried out to upgrade the lighting and electrical points system.
A complete bathroom refurbishment to the first floor, and alterations and installation to the ground floor to convert the existing W.C to a stylish Shower W.C washroom room. The kitchen consisted of a modern Howdens kitchen style installation with composite work tops, upstands and all new appliances. All new joinery consisting of doors skirting and the like was replaced throughout.
The floor was finished with a Poly-floor Camaro wood plank style flooring throughout the ground floors to give a high quality finish. Elite carpet fossil quality carpets have been fitted to the first floor and stairs. To compliment the style of the first floor decoration.
Externally we replaced all the double glazed glass units throughout the property and made general upgrades to the doors as required and existing external structure as required, with external decoration to finish. The garden and out buildings were cleared and maintained as necessary to the clients requirements.
The garage roof structure was completely replaced with a new cement board corrugated sheet roof and the rear side timber door and window, replaced with uPVC door and window. The existing garage up and over door, viewed to the front elevation was replaced with a new stylish door
